Responsive, friendly and competitive. Jibran carried out an EICR of a property I'm buying - the report came back on the same day and he called to talk through anything I didn't understand or particuarly noteworthy. I would look to invtie Jibran to carry out the rectifications based on his service to date.
Needed an EICR doing quickly and Jib was able to squeeze the job in on the same day, which was very much appreciated! He kept in touch re time of arrival, even calling 30 mins beforehand to confirm. He was very polite, professional and respectful of the property. Work was very reasonably priced too!! Would highly recommend and I will definitely use this company again.
