1. About RestoreTrade

RestoreTrade is a free business directory that connects communities with verified local businesses across Britain. These terms govern your use of the RestoreTrade website and services.

2. Listing Your Business

• Listing on RestoreTrade is free and voluntary.
• You must be the owner or an authorised representative of the business you list.
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• You must have a valid X (Twitter) account that follows @restoretradex.
• Limited companies must provide a valid Companies House registration number.
• We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion.

3. Verification

"RestoreTrade Verified" confirms that a business has passed our verification checks. It does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the quality, reliability, or trustworthiness of any business. Users engage businesses listed on RestoreTrade at their own risk.

4. Reviews

• Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on genuine experience.
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Businesses may not post reviews of their own listings.
• We do not verify the identity of reviewers unless they are verified RestoreTrade members.

5. Monthly Giveaway

• The monthly giveaway is a free prize draw, not a lottery.
• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
• One free entry per verified email address per month.
• You must verify your email address to be eligible.
• Winners are selected at random and announced publicly.
• Prize values may vary month to month.
• RestoreTrade takes no commission from the prize fund.

6. Member Discounts

Discounts offered by businesses to RestoreTrade members are entirely at the discretion of the individual business. RestoreTrade is not responsible for honouring, enforcing, or guaranteeing any discounts.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading business information
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Use the directory for spam, scams, or fraudulent purposes
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce directory data without permission
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or businesses

8. Intellectual Property

The RestoreTrade name, logo, and website design are the property of Mycelium Consulting Ltd. Business owners retain ownership of their own content (descriptions, images, etc.) but grant RestoreTrade a licence to display it in the directory.

9. Limitation of Liability

RestoreTrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your use of the directory or engagement with businesses listed on it. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (which is £0 for free listings).

10. Removal

You may request removal of your listing at any time by emailing remove@restoretrade.co.uk . We may also remove listings that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RestoreTrade after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify listed businesses of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
