Had a plumbing emergency this evening, Tony came round within 20 minutes of talking to him, knew exactly what the issue was and had an immediate solution. Thirty minutes or so later, problem sorted. Tony was great, really friendly and chatty, knew what he was doing, and he saved my evening. The cost of the repair was less than i was expecting too, which is always good. I would definitely recommend them, especially Tony.

I am not happy the way my mother was treated by you or your engineer firstly she was told cash only, why when I asked the other day were we not told this secondly I cannot believe that you do not provide on the day receipts and still waiting for one I know you knocked a small amount off the final price but i did pay you £5 extra on the initial visit my mother felt quite uneasy with being followed to the cash point, engineer just took a towel from the bathroom to use without asking and finally j get home and no hot water so the boiler was never checked when you finished it was left turned off as I say not very happy obviously I will be checking over the next few days to see if the leak has been fixed and once I am happy with that I will be leaving feedback accordingly
