I visited this hair salon today for a wash and blow dry with beach waves styling, and while the final hairstyle looked nice, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member who washed my hair carelessly soaked my clothing around the neck area, despite using a towel, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The atmosphere throughout the visit felt unfriendly, making the experience even more unpleasant. This level of service is far below what should be expected from a salon charging such premium prices and it's a real shame because I used to enjoy coming here.

Genuinely the best experience ever! I had my hair cut by Carole today and I don’t know what to compliment more, her talent or her personality, I felt like she was the most positive, down to earth human being Ive ever met, full of good energy and made me feel so good about myself. These kind of people are so rare, the treatment cost a lot of money But it was 100% worth it. Cant wait to get my hair coloured by her now too :) could not recommend this salon more. Almost forgot to mention how in love i am now with my hair. Happy x

My mum and I visited this salon together and absolutely loved the experience. The consultation was really detailed, and everything was explained so clearly which made us feel completely comfortable and confident. Carol was so lovely welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. She made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable, and we were both so happy with our hair. I’d highly recommend this salon to everyone and will definitely be coming back💕

I love how my hair turned out with the layers and the blowout, thanks to Carole. She did an amazing job and she was super friendly and welcoming💕 would definitely come again, i would love to know what shampoo & conditioner she used 🙏🏽
