AT Boiler Company

What can I say, after a a few years of using companies that were recommended but still did not do the job. I found Tom at AT 18 months ago. I would not trust anyone else in my home now. I run a business that involves trust. I see that in AT. Brilliant because there's a clear knowledge and experience.

Called Tom this morning after numerous plumbers/ heating engineers had called after weeks of issues with my old Ideal boiler. Had paid out £300 already for servicing and repairs. Only to not be able to reach the previous guys after leaving numerous messages with them. Tom called out really quickly. Boiler was condemned by Tom. I knew things weren't right with the boiler. Tom didn't accept money at first when he knew my personal circumstances weren't great. Gave me the information that Ideal would probably fully repair my boiler with a fixed price repair. Called them to check this out and explain. Confirmed this was the case. Rang and booked this with Ideal direct. Gave Tom £50 for his time. Greatly appreciate Tom's honesty. Good to find an honest tradesman. Cannot recommend this guy enough. Also a customer of my mum's and will recommend him to anyone as a trustworthy tradesman.

Excellent service from Tom . Diagnosed the boiler fault in 10 mins ordered the parts and came back next day to fit them when the job had to be done by a specific date . Kept me informed the whole time as I live remotely and I have no hesitation in recommending AT Boilers

Tom is very professional and always does a great job, he is on time and doesn’t leave a mess. Very pleased with the high quality level of service that he provides.
