I booked this place for a balayage, toner, treatment and a cut and finish online, which came to £165 with a 50% off colour offer applied. The booking system assigned different stylists for each service, which I assumed was due to availability. On the day, one stylist carried out all services. She suggested adding a few highlights around the face to brighten the colour. I agreed, assuming this was part of the service I had booked, as no additional cost was mentioned. At no point was I told this would be treated as a separate colour service. At checkout, I was charged £245 instead of the confirmed £165. When I queried this and showed my booking confirmation, I was told the highlights were an extra charge, despite this never being explained or agreed beforehand. I was also told the stylist charges more for cut and blow dry, which again was not reflected in my original booking. I am used to paying this level for colour services, so the cost itself is not the issue. It is the lack of transparency and how this was handled. Will not be returning for this reason.
