Price- You won’t get anyone cheaper who will provide this high standard of work, trust me I tried, I had ten quotes before I approached Lee. I've used Buildco Construction Ltd for a couple of small jobs now and both times they have got me out of trouble at extremely short notice (I should really plan my work better). Once was to brick up two internal windows between my conservatory and downstairs toilet/utility room, the other was to install a new electricity meter cabinet in an external wall to house a consumer unit for a solar panel installation. Both times Lee turned up at 7am on a Saturday (when he said he would), worked fast to finish up before I needed to go out due to prior arrangements, bought all the materials that I couldn't supply, perfectly matched the mortar with the existing pointing, charged a fair price and tidied up after themselves (even when I told them not to bother). I'm lucky to have found these guys as unlike a lot of other tradesmen they don't mess about. Highly recommend!

Lee did a great job. Started when he said he would, left the site clean and tidy each day and we are really pleased with the finish. I would definitely use Lee again and after some poor experiences recently with trades I would thoroughly recommend Lee.

I would highly recommend Buildco construction services. Lee and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and take pride of their work. They completed a complicated garden wall due to tree roots with no issues at all. Really pleased with the result.
