Went here for 3 times now for hair colouring with Daniel. Never failed to give good service and hair colour yay. Everyone’s very nice there.

I visited the salon today for a free hair perm consultation. I had previously gotten a curly perm somewhere else which severely damaged my hair. The curls got unmanageable, frizzy with increased hairfall. After reading the reviews and their expertise in Asian hair, I decided trying ChriSalon to try reversing the hair damage. I met Sam, who was patient and polite enough to explain me what's happened with my hair, what are the options and the best way forward. Before going checking my hair, he asked for consent (not that it's a big thing, but I haven't experienced it before. I know you're going to a hair salon to get your hair treated, so the stylist will touch your hair anyways, still...) The way he walked me through options, he seemed a pro. Moreso, extremely soft spoken and polite (: I chose to go through with the process. I don't know what treatment I did but Sam was extremely thorough. It took good four hours (which tested my patience quite a bit), but he took his time. The process was: shampoo > hair treatment mask > hair wash & blow dry > hot iron straightening > another hair mask > hair wash > blow dry > straightening > after treatment tips. I never wanted paper straight hair and the way Sam did it, it has my natural waves, but smoother and frizz free (: Even when it grows out, it will perfectly blend in quite well with my natural hair texture. That's one of the the best things. I paid £220/- which may potentially be on expensive side, however, seeing the results, it's fine. The previous hair damage and destruction has been tamed, so I can't complain. Overall, very good service, polite staff, clean space, easily accessible and a thorough job.

Excellent honest hairdresser

I highly recommend Marco Lai. I showed Marco a picture of the haircut I wanted and Marco cut my hair exactly as shown on the photo. Marco also went over and beyond to make my hair look lighter as I have very thick hair. Marco went through what he was going to do with my hair and the next steps. Thank you so much! I love my new hairstyle! ☺️
