Coffee House Stockport

t's so cozy and the drink selection are always amazing here however today 12th March I was genuinly shocked by the service. 2 girls behind the till just screaming and giggling so loud UNPROFESSIONALLY as in there a limit. Then just on their phones with their apps or music playing so loudly. Tables are not cleaned and they are just stood doing off all. Then I get my drink in a take out cup even though I said I was sat in. Maybe they could understand the hospitality in a HOSPITALITY ESTABLISHMENT and just acknowledge the customer. And when I said "hello how are you" and just got ignored, I felt like I was the one serving a rude customer. I saw a man who was mopping doing much more than the 2 girls. I come here alot for my coffe and treats I was just flabbergasted today to see such lack of work ethic. Must have been 40 mins before they cleaned the tables which were dirty prior to me entering the Cafe. And it was Fairley quiet maybe 4 - 8 tables and when I left they just was on their phones with maybe 5 dirty tables. Customers had to say EXCUSE ME CAN I ORDER, because they wouldnt acknowledge or in short terms, do their job. Coffee always turns out fab however.

Hi I had a particularly rubbish day and was very sad buy the kind man in the shop was very nice and he gave me a coffee on the house as my bank card declined and my phone battery died sods law lol his extremely kind gesture is the reason why I'm 5 staring thank you I'll be coming again . Excellent staff 👏 really cheered me up from feeling low its nice to be nice Stockport store Carol

Really friendly staff and great coffee, would have stayed longer if the toilets weren't blocked 🫤

Best piece of lemon drizzle cake and an excellent cup of hot great tasting coffee, served by a very pleasant young lady. Environment brought back memories of going into a coffee house and smell of fresh coffee and the buzz of conversations as the place was almost full. Great place, highly recommend it 👍
