Total cowboys - terribly work and disappeared without completing the job!! Need to get a professional in now to fix the mess they've made!!!

James has been amazing from start to finish. He helped guide us through the planning stages of the work, where nothing was too much effort for him, popping by at the weekend to check tiles and measurements. He was more than happy to take on a difficult job which many other trailers had turned down. James is super responsive. He has kept us updated at all times, attends promptly in the morning, and tidies everything up for when the kids get home from school. He laid a complex mosaic floor for us on what was a very sunk/uneven Victorian floor. The precision and finish of his work can not be faulted. He’s been very happy to come and deal promptly with any snagging issues, and his work was so good we’ve asked him to help out with some other niggly work we have needed someone skilled to do, at the end of the job, which he has been happy to help us with. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks James and co for all your efforts and completely transforming our hallway!

James did an amazing job with the tiling in our bathroom. It was a small job of three tiles and the finish is a perfect match. He also fixed a leaky shower. It was lovely to have someone that turned up when he said he would and he left the bathroom clean and tidy.

Being a plumber, tiler and plasterer meant there were no delays waiting for other tradesmen to finish each part of the project, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. James was pleasant and reliable, cleaned thoroughly after each day, and our bathroom now has a very sharp and professional finish, with great attention to the details. James tiled my kitchen/diner floor in a herringbone design. The work exceeded my high expectations and needless to say we were impressed by the attention to detail and the end result.
