Fabulous speedy service highly recommended , spoke to Jane on Saturday regarding broken toilet cistern , she sent someone out straight away to check on it and new cistern was fitted Monday , couldn’t ask for better thanks so much guys xx

I honestly can’t recommend DD Wilson highly enough. I contacted them during a genuine emergency when the boiler at my property caught fire, and they were able to respond immediately and advise me on the best course of action. As I live internationally, dealing with something like this could have been extremely difficult, but the whole team went above and beyond to make it work around me and my schedule. They were incredibly flexible and supportive throughout the entire process. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Jane in the office kept in regular contact and made sure everything was organised quickly and efficiently. Darren, the owner, was also personally involved and very helpful in making sure everything was handled properly. John, the engineer who carried out the work, was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain the issue, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was resolved properly. He was honestly an absolute lifesaver. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled calmly and professionally by the whole team, which really helped put my mind at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to use DD Wilson again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company. I’ll definitely be using Darren and John again for any future work when needed. It’s rare to find a company that combines such great technical expertise with genuinely excellent customer service.

I recently used DD Wilson. They came out to look at my faulty boiler and advised me what to do next with no pressure or obligation to buy. I went ahead and purchased a new boiler and a radiator for my kitchen. They booked me in the very next day, on a Saturday which was amazing and the work was carried out by a gas fitter called Steve. He was really good. The issues I was having have been resolved and the advice I received was of top class expertise which was evident and nothing was a problem for Darren who even came out to bring items Steve needed to do the work. Jane on reception was absolutely brilliant from first call out to boiler installation and aftercare. Will definitely use DD Wilson again in the future. Could not be happier. Cheers guys, Garry

Great service, I first had a text to remind me that It was time for my boiler to be serviced, I forgot, then I received a letter to remind me, Great! I rang them straight away and a few days later, Josh came and did his job. He was so polite, kept his workplace tidy. He was very mindful of closing my safety gates behind him too, I was impressed. 10/10

First time we have used D.D Wilson we had new rads fitted and our own rads put back up after decorating they cleaned and checked the boiler got it serviced the x2 lads did an amazing job The rads are working more efficiently than ever now. The lads even hoovered all the mess afterwards They fitted new thermostats on all rads.took the old rads away too!!! The whole experience was first class from arrival to leaving.They advised lagging pipes in my garage where the boiler is!! Great service Great lads Thanks Darren!!!🤩
