Yanis was excellent, very efficient and the bed he built for us wasn’t an easy build. Much cheaper than IKEA’s own builders too. Highly recommend!

⭐☆☆☆☆ - WARNING: Avoid Janis Sockis at all costs!!! This was a very poor experience from start to finish. The quality of the flat‑pack assembly was underwhelming and did not reflect what you would expect from someone advertising themselves as a professional. The work felt rushed, and the end result needed attention that shouldn’t have been necessary. I would give him a 0 stars if I could. More concerning was the attitude. Janis was rude and dismissive when I raised reasonable, constructive feedback about the work. He was not willing to listen or engage professionally, which made the situation uncomfortable. Despite originally stating that the job was a "fixed price", he then attempted to demand additional fees during the work. This was never clearly justified and felt unfair given the earlier agreement. Between the poor communication, the attitude, and the pricing issue, this person raised multiple red flags for me. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid and look elsewhere.

Worst flat-pack installer ever! My experience with this flat-pack installer was one of the worst I’ve ever had with any tradesperson. The wardrobe was assembled so poorly that it was visibly unstable, misaligned, and completely unusable. Panels were scratched, fixings were over-tightened to the point of damage, and several pieces were left loose or incorrectly fitted. When I pointed out the problems, instead of taking responsibility or attempting to resolve anything, his attitude shifted immediately. He became remarkably unprofessional, raising his voice and behaving in a way that made the entire situation feel tense and unpleasant. It was clear he was not willing to accept feedback, let alone fix the issues he caused. Because of this encounter, I had to pay someone else to redo nearly the entire job. The extra cost and stress were substantial, and none of it should have happened in the first place. Based on my direct experience, I **strongly advise people to avoid hiring him altogether**. The workmanship was unacceptable, the damage to my furniture was significant, and the way he handled the situation was deeply unsettling. There are many reliable installers out there — this was absolutely not one of them.
