Alan came on time was very quick will call him again
No solution. I tried to obtain a quote from the person that corresponds to all enquires, only to be met with a very poor attitude. Having looked at his work on Instagram which was very basic, low quality, several gaps and not streamlined (see pics)…anyway I still gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought I’d enquire. However, the lack of craftsmanship coincides with the lack of customer service. Avoid at all costs
3 section wardrobe assembled very, very well. All the packaging was taken away. Very kind and considerate operative. A job very well done. Thank you Flat Pack Solutions.
Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Alan and his colleague arrived on time and completed the job very quickly and efficiently. The level of service was fantastic and the quality of work was excellent. The appointment was arranged with short notice and the whole experience was stress free. The quote given was very reasonable. Three items were assembled - a triple wardrobe, a tallboy and a bedside table. I found them to be polite and they got on with the job with no fuss as well as tidying up after. Will definitely be calling Alan again when I need more items assembled (which I will)! Thank you Alan and colleague!
A definite 5* for Flat Pack Solutions Ltd. I got in touch with them late on the Wednesday and they fitted my Mum in for the Friday afternoon to build 8 pieces of flat pack furniture. They were all put up at a rapid rate and were expertly done and to a high standard. Would highly recommend.
