Was recommended Dean by two different friends and glad we chose to go with him. We had a partial garage conversion, small rear extension and layout reconfiguration of living, kitchen and dining areas. Dean and Ian did a fantastic job, completely reliable, arrived early each morning. Talked through any details and building work was complete in 5 weeks. Really pleased.

Dean came highly recommended by a colleague for my double extension and new roof. I couldn’t be more pleased with the decision to hire him and Ian. Having had negative experiences with builders in the past, I was initially apprehensive, but from day one, they put my concerns to rest. Both were professional, polite, and incredibly reliable. They even started earlier than planned due to finishing a previous job ahead of schedule. No matter the weather, they showed up on time every day and worked diligently to keep the project moving forward. Their attention to detail and high-quality workmanship were evident in every stage of the build. What stood out the most was their clear communication. They kept me informed throughout, ensuring I understood each step and was happy before proceeding to the next stage. Unlike some builders who juggle multiple jobs, Dean and Ian remained fully committed to my project from start to finish. If one aspect was delayed due to other trades, they seamlessly pivoted to another task to keep things progressing. Dean Hindmarsh Builders absolutely transformed my property. They did major structural work removing a structural wall and fireplace, adding steel, windows and doorways and took care of absolutely everything including final plastering. Their work has added so much value to the property and it's a joy to live in the new space. Not only were they extremely efficient and professional on site, but they were actually really positive fellas and made the whole process a positive one. Thank you guys
