I had a very disappointing experience at Just Cuts Sheffield. A staff member performed a hydrafacial on me without proper experience or any skin assessment beforehand. After the treatment, my skin became irritated and started burning, which is very concerning. Before doing any skin treatment like a hydrafacial, it is extremely important to check the client’s skin type and take proper consent or signature. I even asked about this, but I was told it was not necessary. Because of this careless approach, my skin has been damaged and is now very uncomfortable. This kind of service is not acceptable, and proper training and safety procedures should be followed before offering such treatments. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this place.

It was my first time cutting my long-ish hair in years so I was nervous about how it would turn out, but Mary did an amazing job with it! I absolutely love how my hair looks and feels right now and would definitely be coming back here next time. It was very affordable too! Thank you Mary for your amazing service !!

Mary is one of the best hairdressers ive ever been to i walked out feeling a million dollars 😍 mary took time effort and care into colouring my hair it felt like silk once she had finished pampering me Mary is a Loverly lady and goes above and beyond definitely 10 /10 xx All the staff there also are so helpful and friendly may I add the girl who does eye brow wax/ tint etc is also fantastic them 2 ladies are just wonderful 😀 Thank u see u soon 💓
