This company came round to fix my boiler issue, claimed he'd never seen the make of boiler, broke part of my boiler getting into it, couldn't fix the issue, didn't know what it was. Turned off my boiler leaving me with no hot water and no heating (Knowing i have a 1 year old in the house too) for what will be 2 days until I cant get an engineer from the boiler makers to come rectify the issue he caused and fix what I needed in the first place.
Very friendly and knowledgable. Fantastic job done for us with our boiler and radiators. Multiple issues in our home but nothing was to much trouble. Thankyou very much 👌🏻
Excellent service. Went over and above. Prompt and sorted heating issue out on the day.
Contacted KCM as my boiler wasn't working. They came out quickly and sorted the issue the same day. Everything was left tidy. Apprentice was also excellent. Very pleased, will definitely call on them again.
