Had a gas leak and Lock and Flow were round right away to sort the problem. Even though it was late in the evening, there was no hesitation. Everything in the house was checked, so many tests were carried out. Amazing service. Jacob really knows his stuff. Highly recommended!
Jacob came to fit a new boiler. What a lovely, honest, down to earth man. Very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain more than anyone else before. Boiler is working great and would highly recommend this company.

When we moved into our house recently, the boiler was leaking water through to the ceiling below. We phoned Jacob and he came out that evening. He then came out the following week and fitted a new boiler for us. Jacob did a great job, was really polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We would use him again for any plumbing or heating issues.
