We have just had a full roof replaced by Lords and cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the moment the scaffolding turned up, to the skips being removed at the end of the job, everyone was very professional. Liam kept us informed throughout, and Andrew and Kieron worked tirelessly to make a fantastic job of our roof. We have found this company very caring and professional.

We contacted Liam for a quote for a rental property we own. He visited the same week and gave us a quote. We had numerous discussions over the phone where Liam explained exactly what he was proposing, when he could book us in and the price. We excepted the quote and the work has been carried out. All on time, no hidden extras and a thoroughly good job. We would have no issues in recommending Liam or any of his team as they have always been very honest and hardworking.

After having an awful experience with a previous company who 'repaired' my roof, and did a terrible job, I was cautious about hiring anyone else. The quality of workmanship on the chimney repair was excellent, and everything was completed promptly exactly as promised. They were respectful of my property and left everything clean and tidy. Having been told on more than one occasion how good this roofing team and small business are my husband and I decided to use them to re-roof our home. They were absolutely fantastic…. Work to our home was superbly done and our home is so much warmer ….. what a difference having a new roof has made to our beautiful home….. it feels so, so different in temperature. Liam was a very understanding chap and couldn’t do enough for us to make sure all was perfect. Any small hiccups were resolved so quickly. They were extremely professional and polite throughout, always checking in if they were unsure about anything. They were an absolute pleasure to have around and took real pride in their work. It feels lovely to support a local company, especially when the standard of work is so high. The scaffolding company were also brilliant, which made the whole experience very smooth and stress-free. Laura in the office has been on hand to organise everything and answer any questions we had. Liam was great from the very beginning — clear and helpful with the initial quote and a lovely guy. Before the roof work even started, we experienced a leak, and they came out in minimal time to seal it and prevent further damage, which we really appreciated. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service from start to finish and couldn’t recommend Lords Roofing enough.
