Fantastic place been coming here for years even when I moved down South I still came up every 6 weeks to Yvonne Lauren does my hair extensions love them Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Horrible experience. Was give a 10 minute rushed haircut standing up although I had made a proper booking. They yanked at my hair with the comb to the point where it was painful. And at the end of it all my hair was cut unevenly. I felt utterly disrespected and will not be returning. I am disappointed that I even paid afterwards.

4stars for Lucia but 1 star for the salon over all. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. No apology. Rude response from the woman with pink hair. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t keep them or communicate delays. Completely unprofessional. Avoid.

I've been going here for many years for anything from trims to colouring and always been super-satisfied with the results. Yvonne goes over and beyond to give great advice and really cares about making sure I leave the salon happy. Great communication and friendly staff. Highly recommend this salon.

This might be the 2nd review I’ve ever written. But I have to say my experience here warrants it. Lauren was super patient and worked with me to figure out what exactly what I wanted and I really appreciated her expertise and input to create a haircut that balanced what I wanted and what would look good and work for my lifestyle. Going in I had a few things I wanted to achieve and she took her time to figure out how to translate those into a haircut that I’m super obsessed with! She also has experience cutting all different hair types. Specifically my coarser Asian hair which is what I was looking for. She’s also hilarious which is a bonus! Thanks again. I left feeling great :)))
