Meena's School of Motoring

I have been learning to drive on and off for many years. After previously failing my test and stopping and starting again, I built up quite a lot of anxiety around driving and dreaded taking my test. With my current lifestyle, passing my test and having access to a car is incredibly important. I have had many different instructors, and some of them unfortunately increased my anxiety. Meena is by far the best instructor I’ve ever had. She is patient, calming, and puts you at ease. She listens, is empathetic, and remains encouraging throughout. The main barrier I faced was my confidence and tendency to overthink. Her clear explanations and helpful reference points built up both my understanding and, ultimately, my confidence. I would go beyond saying she is just a brilliant instructor, because she brings an added level of support and care. She genuinely cares about her students, their progress, and getting them safely on the road. I am delighted to say that I passed my test on my first attempt with Meena. I would recommend Meena to anyone learning to drive. She is highly skilled, kind, and supportive, and I will miss our lesson chats ❤️

Highly recommend learning to drive with Meena!! I was a nervous driver who decided to learn automatic after trying multiple instructors for manual cars and Meena was great at building my confidence up quickly and making sure I was learning on the go. Lessons were nice and chatty (realistic for anyone who will ever be in the car with someone else!) and I’m over the moon to say I passed first time in only a few months. I’ve just bought my first car almost 6 months after finishing lessons and I’m thrilled that right away I feel totally comfortable behind a wheel on my own - well and truly ready for the roads. Without a doubt Meena’s School of Motoring is the driving school that helped me finally pass my driving test. Not only is Meena thorough and (very!) meticulous in the way that she teaches, but Meena also cares a lot about her learners. Meena’s priority isn’t just for you to pass, but it’s to also equip you with all the skills that you need to excel as a driver on ANY road. Meena is passionate about what she does and this passion and dedication brings out the best in you and helps you overcome whatever you feel is holding you back from passing your tests. I know this because that’s exactly what she did for me - I overcame my lack of confidence! It’s such a blessing that I found Meena’s School of Motoring and I’ll be singing her praises for the years to come! The cherry on top it all is that you’ll have a kind, cheerful and absolutely hilarious instructor to guide you on this journey to getting your licence 😁

I passed my driving test this morning with Meena , I cannot praise her enough for keeping me calm and helping me with every issue I had on the road . The whole time I’ve been with Meena she has made me feel at ease and comfortable, I can’t explain how much of a brilliant driving instructor she is . Thank you so much Meena for helping me grow and become a safe driver with an understanding of my other issues such as my autism and adhd as you handled it so professionally and helped me throughout my lessons . I will always appreciate the help you have given me as well as our chats we would have while driving as it made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much Meena for all your help (highly recommended anyone learning to drive to use Meenas school or motoring).

Writing this after just passing my test first time! Meena has been an absolutely brilliant instructor- so supportive throughout the whole process and giving me easy to understand tips and advice! More than that, I’ve loved yapping away with Meena during our lessons- this helped me prepare for the future when I’ll be chatting to my passengers and was also just a really good laugh!
