I have always been to one hairdresser in my hometown and was very apprehensive about trying elsewhere. However, I booked in with Chris for a half head of foils and he did everything he could to put me at ease. I really appreciated the in depth consultation at the start and being able to give my input throughout. His knowledge and skills are unmatched and I will definitely be back. All the staff were super attentive and it was a really friendly salon.

Booked to get my make up done via treatwell for an important event. Turned up and found out they don't do make up. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff are unprofessional and show zero customer care. After deciding not to book any further appointments, I was refused a refund of my money — which is nothing short of dishonest. To make matters worse, they completely ignore emails and don’t bother to respond at all. This place is a scam in the way they treat customers, and I strongly warn anyone against wasting their time and money here.

Chris was brilliant - I’d never been for a proper facial before and he talked to me about my skin type and make me feel very comfortable. I had dermaplaning which left my skin buttery smooth - Chris also got a milia out 🌟 I was given 2 cups of tea, one before and one after with biccies and water too 🙌🏾 I will definitely be back!
