SAB Maintenance Ltd

This guy Sab must never be used. Over almost a 10 week period, he & some young kid visited have visited 5 times to resolve an issue of overflowing tundish, making it worse each time, and leaving me with freezing water on the 4th occasion. Sab tried to gaslight me by claiming how helpful he was & even had the audacity to try and blame me for the issue twice in a very subtle manner. He didn’t even turn up for the first appointment. 1hr 15min after the scheduled first appointment I had to cancel. No courtesy of a call or a message. In total I’ve taken 5 half days of work, but my managing agent keeps using Sab, who claims he is identifying the issue through a process of elimination. Lol. Man has had 5 visits & he is still trying to work out the issue. He clearly has no idea what he is doing. Anyway at least he improved the situation on his 5th visit from cold water to lukewarm on some occasions & hot on others. Never ever use this guy. He’s left me with the flu & an independent plumber has already told me none of the issues Sab has looked at are the problem. My managing agent should get rid of him, but they don’t.

Imran went above and beyond and managed to fix our plumbing that we have been having issues with.

Sab was sent by the property management for my flat to look at a problem with my Economy 7 storage heater. They had sent another contractor who was unhelpful and couldn’t repair it. Sab was so brilliant, he was very clear and thorough and look at every nook and cranny of the heater and hey presto this morning it worked! Thank you Sab very grateful and also very impressed.

We had multiple apartments in Birmingham City centre. I used SAB team countless times and SAB team never failed to deliver. The ladies who deal with the appointments are ever so helpful, professional and kind. Thank you
