I received a phone call telling me that my usual stylist was ill. Full panic mode on my part because I was going away the next day and was helping family move from Manchester to Liverpool on the day of my appointment. I cannot thank the staff enough, gave me options and time to make calls to rearrange my day. I have known Leon since he washed my hair when he started and have to say he cut my hair beautifully. Standing in for Lee, the creative director was no small achievement.

I feel I was treated very well by all staff. My hair is amazing and I'm so happy. Lizzie. She gives great suggestions and I always feel she listens to what I want
