Taylor Taylor Hairdressing

I was looking for somewhere that could provide a good professional haircut and service and stumbled on what is now Taylor/ Taylor Hairdresser about 35 years ago and have been coming ever since as I know I get a consistent and quality service with great professionalism . I would not go anywhere else! Is is also a very friendly welcoming salon and credit to all the staff that work there. Always a pleasure and positive experience.

I came in at the start of October to get my hair done and I’ve been meaning to write this review ever since. Lauren did my hair, and I’m so glad she did. It came out amazing, and I was so impressed. She was great to talk to and even better at her job. Would recommend 👍👍

If I could put no stars trust me I would. Are you looking for poor customer service? You found your spot. As someone who works in a customer service based industry I am honestly disgusted by my encounter today. The man who I spoke to today, couldn't have been anymore discomforting. He proceeded to speak to me in a diminishing tone as well as looking me up and down with just plain, rude, judgement. It definitely would make you feel like you have no confidence. I only wanted a straight line cut. Nothing complicated. I didn't want to get it washed or blow dried. Just the cut. I quote his response "If you want a dry cut, just do it at home with your own scissors." I would not recommend getting your hair done by these people. As a hairdresser you should be making an individual feel confident and beautiful, not belittled.
