I’m sorry to say that my experience here was quite disappointing. While I always try to be understanding, the service came across as rather rude and inattentive, which set an uncomfortable tone from the start. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations either, as parts of the meal seemed undercooked. Given the prices, I had hoped for a much higher standard, but the overall value simply wasn’t there. Additionally, the surrounding area and general cleanliness left a lot to be desired, which made the visit feel quite unpleasant. The overall atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming or enjoyable. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend visiting

This is not a cafe for children. You cannot get a pushchair through the door so we had to fold it down to enter. They have no highchairs or none that are visible to their customers so my granddaughter had to sit on my lap . I asked a member of staff about a kiddies menu but said they don't have one. It was very busy when we went in and the queue at the till to order food was quite long then you had to queue again to collect your drinks at another at another counter. Why can't they just bring your drinks to your table save the customers queuing twice. The food came quite quickly . We ordered sandwiches which were OK nothing fancy but they were served with a soggy salad and cheap tasteless crisps.
