Urban Chill

I’ve been using Tamsin for years for all my waxing needs, she is the best in town! Always a relaxed, personal experience and she makes you feel at ease when getting intimate areas done. She’s also done hot stone massages for me too. I would never go anywhere else now. All the team are professional, fabulous and very welcoming. Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds, definitely 5 stars if I could give more stars I would.

Not going anywhere else unless I move out of Harrogate. Staff is always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, very convenient location with parking spots just outside the door, reasonably priced and very high quality service.

Great staff, great service

Lovely warm welcome awaits you at Urban Chill. Staff professional and friendly. On holiday in Harrogate. I had a full body massage and a facial, so was in 2 hours. Only constructive criticism I felt was when having a facial, whilst waiting the 15 mins for the mask to be on, I was expecting a hand massage, head massage or neck massage during this time, instead I was just left. I receive monthly facials and other beauty shops provide the service whilst the customer has the mask on.

After 5 + years I have noticed nothing is too much effort for Urban Chill and they’ll go the extra mile every time.
