I recently had my haircut with Sue and it was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and truly listens to what you want while also giving honest, helpful advice. The cut turned out beautifully balanced and suits me perfectly. My hair feels lighter, healthier, and much easier to style. I’ve even noticed that creating curls is simpler now and they hold their shape so much better. It really shows how much skill and precision go into a great haircut. Beyond the result itself, the whole appointment felt relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and Sue made me feel completely at ease. I’m genuinely so happy with my new look and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented and caring stylist!

My experience at Urban Salon has been incredible from the moment I’ve walked in till the end. Sue is a talented hairdresser and she made me feel comfortable and at ease, I had an haircut and toner done and the result were exactly as I wanted it. The complimentary water and coffee was a fantastic touch. The haircare range of products used at the salon are great and smell so good and are available for purchase , and Sue directed me on what suited my personal needs.Needless to say, they just earned another regular customer. I’d highly recommend it.
