Great local produce really friendly team....no. 1 butchers in York.
Great butcher. Looking for a quiche or pork pie for lunch. The variety of pork pies are (some of them at least, can't remember them all): Curry mango, Plain, Black pudding and Chilli. Two choice of quiche: Cheese and onion, and Ham and cheese. Stop by they're all lovely, and the staffs friendly and bantery too. If you're thinking of having a fry up at the weekend, have a look at the slabs of bacon or some Plain pork sausages. There's eggs in the fridge and black pudding is a must. They also do beef dripping, lovely to flavour and crisp up potatoes.
