Can’t fault the service from Bolton Bathrooms from start to finish. Everyone was both knowledgeable and really helpful. No one tried to push a sale which made the experience stress free. Even the delivery team were great and took the items right to where they were needed.

start to finish an outstanding experience from our first visit to pick our bathroom furniture to the fitting. We were called every day to see if there were any problems or worries (which there weren't) We couldn't recommend the fitter, Keith Stoker, enough he did far more than we expected and he was a perfectionist to the end. We tell everyone who listens to go straight to Bolton Bathroom Fitters saving time and knowing you'll get an excellent job done for a reasonable price. Our bathroom was fitted by Bolton Bathrooms about 10years ago and still looks amazing (thank you Dean(designer/salesman, now left) and Gary (amazing fitter) for such a great job... ...just one problem: the Zehnder radiator paint peeled and bubbled - looking terrible. The warranty on the radiator was 5 years. I needed another identical radiator to fit the same brackets/screwholes/central heating pipes or this would turn into a massive job. Dan (the new Dean -designer/salesman) spent the time to make sure that the 2025 Zehnder radiator had the same dimensions and fittings as the radiator it would replace and, while the old radiator was not under warranty, he was able to get us a deal on the the price for the replacement radiator. For me, the test that separates a great company from a good company is how they look after you post sale and many years into the future... ...based in this case, Bolton Bathrooms is a great company to buy from. Radiator now fitted, bathroom restored to how it looked 10 years ago. Thank you Dan and the team.

Absolutely brilliant if only I had known about this place before, needed a shower last mint as wickes messed my order up, Paul is n the end of the phone arranged it at nearly closing time and I got delivery next morning, quick service, unfortunately I ordered the wrong side shower tray, but not realised when builders open it, my fault, phoned Paul once again and brilliantly handled by Paul he exchanged it within couple of hours, not just that few days later my shower panel is too small, wen in yesterday and they ordered me a replacement, never seen better service from any company and done in a quick and efficient manner, I will be recommending these guys to my friends and family and will definitely use their services all the time.
