Paul's Plumbing and Property Maintenance

Regretfully took a chance on Paul based on Google reviews as lives local and was very helpful & decent at 1st, said would book us in to repair shower with new tray etc if could get bits.Then a few days later cancelled claiming couldn't get bits & would update us but heard nothing so there was an honesty issue there. Following week sent 2 texts, rang twice, emailed but no response. Saw photos on social media about another job he was on so it was probably nothing to do with sourcing bits or he would have got back to us within a week or so with an update. Knowingly left us with hassle of re-sorting asap with other tradespeople already booked in and a bust shower. Very disappointed with lack of communication, false claims, ignoring calls etc, extra hassle and alot of time wasted, probably my fault for not using someone recommended or checked.

Paul sorted my wash basin plug problem in no time. Kept me informed when running a little late. Good price and efficient service. Will definitely use again.

Paul removed and fitted a kitchen sink for me, we set a time and date for job Paul messaged to ask if we would like the job done earlier. As he had a slot available we agreed, top rate workmanship will not be looking round for a good plumber next time, I’ve already got one thanks Paul
