David has a straight forward and friendly approach and you can discuss options with him, he fitted a new boiler for me in half a day having tried quite hard to repair the old one and was very flexible around the installation day/time he also supplied a gas safe certificate - would recommend to anyone

I booked Enigma to service my gas boiler after seing positive reviews on my local FB page. It turned out that I needed an inspection hatch so that the flue could be checked. I re booked him to come back sort that and to replace the kitchen tap, replace the workings in one of the toilets and fit me the gubbins for HIVE. All were done quickly, professionally and at acceptable cost. Exellent service. They are now my go to plumbers

Dave is an incredible friendly and knowledgeable plumber. He serviced my boiler and quickly identified that my thermostat wasn’t working properly. The quote he gave me for my new thermostat on top of the service was extremely reasonable. Fantastic experience from start to finish five star service as always from Dave!

The Heat Exchanger on our Ideal boiler supplied and fitted by Barratts just 3 yrs ago gave up. This despite being fully serviced every year since new. On a cold winters evening David from Enigma Plumbing & Heating answered the call for help. He quickly established that the Heat Exchanger was causing quite a leak. After advising us that Ideal only provide a 2yr Warranty, we decided not to change the Heat Exchanger and cut our losses and have a new Baxi Boiler fitted with a 10yr Warranty. David fitted us in quickly, turned up when he said and did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and registered us with Baxi for peace of mind. We would not hesitate in recommending him for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you David, see you for the service in 12 months.
