Have to take time to write this after the appalling and unbelievable attitude of the company and office staff, Came to give a quote promised everything delivered zero, lucky escape from a 10k contract, TREAD CAREFULLY WITH THIS COMPANY I HAD LUCK ESCAPE

Feel so ripped off. Charged me £80 for a 10 minute job and replaced a small rubber part on the sink. Took a week to get to me. Very over priced. Update - I did ring you after the job to discuss payment. You told me that's how much it costs. I was merely stating I feel you over charged me for a 10 minute job. Shouldn't be £80 surly? (takes me a whole day to make that!)

Absolute first class service. Complicated problem that was inherited and Etta Plumbing were the only company that really went beyond to try and sort it . Highly recommend

We would highly recommend Etta. They have been looking after our central heating for some years now but this winter the boiler reported a fault and stopped working. Our system is old with various alterations and accessibility problems which meant that the cause of the problem took a lot of finding. However, Etta's excellent heating engineers were not to be defeated. Although the boiler was failing to work it was actually the pump that was at fault. We now have a fully working system with a new pump. Thank you Etta for getting to the bottom of the problem and not jumping to conclusions and unnecessarily replacing the boiler.
