My Mum was worried and nervous about moving out of the home she had been in for over 50 years, but the team were so lovely, and provided reassurance at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They communicated with us at every stage via What’s App so my brother and I were kept informed and updated on progress, making it easy to interact and progress through the stages. I’m going to miss my calls with Izzy!
