I recently moved to York and normally I don’t write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from Mr. Ali, the letting agent at The York Property Shop, truly deserves recognition. He is a thorough gentleman who consistently goes above and beyond—often doing things he isn’t even required to do—just to make the process smoother. Dealing with him made my move incredibly easy. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help make him an absolute gem. I would highly recommend Mr. Ali to anyone coming to York to rent or buy a property. I don't normally do reviews, but there is time where i have to make exceptions, and this is one of them. The stress Ali has taken off me, reference getting tenants, and keeping them, I can emphasise enough. He vets everyone thoroughly. He looks after 2 of my properties. One in York, and the other in Sunderland. Anything needs doing, he sorts. He has an extensive choice of Tradesmen to do any type of work, if needed. His charge for doing this, is a lot cheaper most, and he works very hard for it. I could go on and on, but I would run out of space. Ali, is a person who can turn your portfolio of houses, into a less stress free zone. In today's world of renting out properties, he is the man who'll make your life easier.
