One XPS Fitness

This place is absolutely great. It’s the first gym I’ve tried where I’ve ended up genuinely enjoying it. The team create such a friendly and supportive atmosphere and the community vibe is amazing. Highly recommend

I loved my time at One XPS. Martin and Mike are super helpful, and in the group sessions take the time to talk you through the machines and technique, which has really improved my fitness knowledge. So sad to be moving or else I would have definitely stayed! Thank you

I absolutely loved being a member of this gym and cannot praise it enough. It was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. The workout space is always tidy and exceptionally clean, and the equipment is high quality and very well maintained. All members are respectful of one another, which makes it a comfortable and welcoming place to work out. Mike and Martin are absolute gents who treat everyone with the utmost respect and create a really positive atmosphere. I adore them both! Gyms can feel intimidating for some people, but I can honestly say this is a safe, clean, and friendly space where you feel at ease. The only reason I left was due to relocating to another city. Great staff, great gym, great everything <3

Amazed by the guys running this place - really kind people, amazing attention to detail, great PTs - the classes are excellent, mainly equipment based which keeps it interesting and for all levels. I'd highly recommend Mike and Martin to anyone.
