By far the best gym I've found in Manchester. The space is gorgeous, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the classes are versatile and so fun, and everything is clean and tidy! All types of weightlifters were thought of here whether it be power lifting or calisthenics, pilates or class junkies. Best part is its never insanely busy, which means you never have to wait for machines. Truly a gem in Manchester and I hope it stays this way! Is a good example for other gyms to follow in the area. Top notch.

Chris is an amazing PT! He tailors workouts to my goals and pushes me. I’ve seen a lot of progress, highly recommend!
Just a small gym, but one with a nice welcoming atmosphere where all the PTs are genuinely friendly and helpful. The free handstand classes held upstairs are good too.
Great gym to PT from, the equipment is top tier, and my clients are very happy with the space.
