Had a problem with an ancient toilet cistern not filling/ constant dripping in a house I’ve just moved into. Peter came out within a couple of hours of me calling him and swiftly fixed the problem with new parts for a reasonable price. Solid service, experienced tradesman & honest guy - his number is now in my phone for future jobs. Many thanks 👍

After agreeing a time and date (3:30 on 5th March) I sent message at 2:30 to make sure we were still on track. No answer. I called at 4pm, no answer. I sent a message asking if he could do following day, or just let me know if he had no intention of coming. No answer. After driving a 60 mile round trip and taking the afternoon off work /arranging for somebody else to pick kids up from school for nothing, you can understand my frustration. Another plumber now on way and another half a day off work wasted.
Peter was brilliant, able to get to me within 24 hours, fixed the issue with my boiler and charged a reasonable price for the work and parts. Would call him again for any boiler or plumbing issues
