Even with the branch being down 2 men since november, they still perfrom and meet the needs. The efficiency still the same aswell as the quality of product. Would highly recommend this branch to anybody.
Probably the best service that I have received from a plumbing provider in derby. All of the lads were helpful with our enquiry but Connor Griffin excelled with his service being very patient and supportive throughout. Many thanks guys, your staff are a credit to you (including the delivery guy!). John C
Connor and the team at Derby are 1st class. Been dealing with this branch now for a number of years and nothing is too much trouble. Very rare there is a problem but if there is they offer to rectify it swiftly as possible and even drop it off to the job same day. Can’t speak highly enough of the branch at Derby!

Quotes and emails are returned at lightening speed to allow us to respond to our customers in a timely manor. Deliveries are very well packed and organised to allow the engineers to find the parts they need with ease. No matter how small or silly the question the guys will always help!
