This is a great place for frshly backed treats, bread and snacks. It also serves fantastic coffee. Highly recommended you visit.
Less a review for the cafe — which seems popular and chock full of pastries — more for the walnut bread. Seemingly the only loaf available, this is insubstantial yet claggy, cakey, and gummy in texture, obviously underproofed and underbaked, and a rip-off at nearly £5. If you’re looking for a loaf in Liverpool, look elsewhere.
