Got the parts on Saturday 8 o'clock morning and head to the job 150 miles away, thanks for the timings when all other related shops were closed this shop saved my time on Saturday . Suggestion is keep some different thermocouple not only universal.

Fantastic experience. Messages via the business WhatsApp. Had replies long after closing time. Spoke to Siraj this morning, online payment, an hour later the boiler and bit ordered are delivered. Absolutely fantastic.
Opted to purchase locally from the shop rather than online - tried to get refund in store for unused sealed part which they refused even though policy states refund within 30 days. No mention of different returns policy in-store. Totally misleading. Will avoid at all costs now.
