Bestall & Co Landscape Design

Can not praise Bestall highly enough. I needed a design for my front garden that has some tricky requirements and limitations. From the initial contact with Paula, through to the visit from the surveyor and then the enthusiasm of Lee who had some great ideas, they were all first class and worked with me to give me a design that is still making me smile whenever I walk through the gate. A special shout out to their recommended contractor, Chris, and his team who worked through atrocious weather to turn my garden into something I can be proud of. Can't wait to finish the planting. (As if a garden is ever finished!)

We worked with Lee and his team on a fantastic remodelling project in Newton Solneys conservation area. The property was designed to be very traditional to the front but very contemporary to the rear. Lee had the challenege of blending and complementing the landscaping to two very different facades. It was the first time bi Design have had involvement from a landscape designer so early on in the design process all the way through to completion. Lee's ability to not only design a beautiful garden but design a garden that compliments, reflects, and enhances the architecture can't be underestimated. We are looking forward to working with Lee again in the future.

Can’t speak highly enough regarding Bestall. I had an urban yard which has been transformed into the coolest secret garden in all of Sheffield’s inner city streets. It is a hidden treasure and the perfect retreat. Right from its inception Bestall have been Fantastic. Starting with Lee as an inspiration to create something special to the developing and maintaining with Jamie and Tom. Aftercare is the jewel in the crown always on hand to tackle any issues n ensure longevity. Love these guys n gals. Charlie.

We have had a wonderful experience with Bestalls transforming our garden. From the first visit with Lee, on a snowy February day, to our bleak disjointed gardens that we rarely spent time in, to the amazing evolution of colour and outdoor spaces that we use so much more - most recently to host our daughter’s wedding that we would never have considered previously. We particularly loved the design video bringing to life Lee’s concepts - not quite believing our gardens could look so good ……..and they do - day and night with a smart lighting scheme Lee, Paula, Jamie and the team do all they can to ensure you are happy with all the various phases the process goes through to completion. We chose to use our own builder for the hard landscaping following Lee’s spec and then Bestalls did the rest. The final completed project more than delivered on Lee’s original design - we love watching it change and develop through the seasons using it more than we had ever done before. A great enhancement to our home that certainly has the wow factor for us. Follow up and After Care is thorough and transparent - you know what is to be done, when and the cost plus a report afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous team and look forward to an ongoing relationship as the garden matures.
