In my hour of need this knight in shining armour saved the day and the service was exceptional
I shown the person that came what was wrong he tested shower said needed new shower so told him to get one and fit it still didn't work so he said I want a new wire at a cost of 300 pound so told him to but old shower back because it wasn't show in first place so all he as done is gone and not said a word and left wires showing and no cover on shower and a total mess please don't ever use this firm. On Fri 21/09/22 came and took new shower out that I told them to do but they didn't replace old shower left me without water so I had to put old shower back on and they said they would be back with money with one hour never came so hand delivered a letter to business address on Web site of 5 brick kiln Lane stating I want my money back by mon24/09/22 woman said they us that address but business could be from Derby but I don't believe that at all next stage is police and trading standards if no action by Monday so be warned never ever us this firm they are Rob dogs
