Before we moved to our new house in the summer of 2025 we looked all around for a company that could transform the out dated bathrooms. We came across BBS, along with the reviews and portfolio we had to get a quote/consultation done as soon as we moved in. With the designs we were given and estimated quote we decided to proceed. Although we had to wait 4 months before work could begin, all I can say is that it was definitely worth the wait and money. You get what you pay and we received a bespoke experience from start to finish from BBS, specifically the outstanding workmanship. We are in love with our new bathrooms and I would highly recommend BBS to anyone that is looking for a luxury touch in their home. Thank you to Maz and team.

We have had a fabulous experience from Bespoke bathrooms from the beginning. We initially went into the old showroom approx 2 years ago and they subsequently came out, measured up and provided us with designs. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were not in a position to go ahead with the bathroom at that time but there was no pressure and we were left impressed, so much so that we have recently gone back to the new showroom. The plans were still on file and with some tweaking, Maz and colleagues were able to update our design with new fixtures and fittings to our spec based on new and fabulous tiles and products that bespoke had on display in the new showroom. Our bathroom was not level and required extensive building work however Fanel and Orell the fitters were fantastic and between all the staff in the showroom and the fitters, Bespoke have delivered and provided us with a fantastic bathroom. The photos do not do it justice. It has exceeded expectations and I believe is real value for money considering the work completed. Maz, Gaz and everyone else are perfectionists. The customer service and dedication for complete perfection and our complete satisfaction are second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke nor use them again in the future. Thank you to everyone. You have exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. We are highly impressed with not only the bathroom but your truly fantastic service. We will see you again for our next project!

As I have moved into a new business premises which needed a lot of work doing to it, particularly the bathroom, I was recommended Bespoke Bathrooms by a friend. I must say from start to finish their professionalism was outstanding, any issues which occurred along the way were dealt with efficiently. The installers were clean, tidy and respectful.. Maz particularly was really helpful in the whole process, even Gaz was coming out to make regular visits to ensure everything was running smoothly. I would highly recommend Bespoke Bathrooms and I will be using them again in the future :)

Nothing less than a 5 star review for Gaz, Maz and the Team. We went to bespoke on recommendation for my mums new bathroom. It was important we used a team that my mum felt comfortable with in her home. From design to resolving a few minor issues, total professionalism and pleasure to work with.

Happy with the finished installation but issues on the way. Very unhappy with managers as they have persued me for an extra £400 to cover uncosted extras which should have been costed. We were not told about the extra costs until the end of the fitting. Eventually received £300 off the £9000 total due to the fitting issues but they are not happy with my feedback and refusal to pay the extra £400. Threatened to void my warranty if I don't pay. I do not respond well to threats. Will never use or recommend again. Reply to response 21.4.2026. The length of their response says it all and I will not be answering some of the baseless and false statements. They have not answered any of my issues. My feedback remains. Was a 3 star review due to finished job. Now 1 star.
