Great staff, efficient service
What an amazingly good experience this afternoon. I wanted two lightbulbs for two lamps I’d just bought secondhand, not only did he recommend which bulbs, having explained which choices were available, he then cleaned them, made sure they had the correct fuses in them, put the new bulbs in and checked they worked! He also re-assured me that the lamps were perfectly safe. Truly exceptional customer service.
Matt gave me the wrong size of vent outlet. He got irritated as I went back to get it changed, as the electrician wanted the correct size. Unprofessional.
