Hi The Danbro Team Sue and I would like to acknowledge the great service we received from the Danbro Team yesterday. Individually Ryan, Charlie and Isaias were brilliant - good communication with the client and making us aware of options and checking we agreed prior to proceeding. They cared about our home and the work was delivered to a high standard - all very neat and tidy. Ellie did a great job with the scheduling too. When you have a team of great individuals and they work together so well as a team the results are fantastic. Ryan was a top man for answering my questions and leading the team. Can't recommend DanBro Electrical Services, highly enough. My mum, who lives alone in her 80's, had all her electrics fail in her house yesterday. I was calling around emergency electricians and really struggling to find anyone to come out to her, at short notice. I called Steve, from DanBro, explained the situation and within 4 minutes he'd called me back, had 1 of his engineers go to my mums within 20 minutes of calling me. He actually got there sooner! Huge shout out to Callum, who was really professional and considerate with my mum. He found the fault and had electrics up and running in less than an hour. It wasn't just the fact they fixed the electrics, but the effort Steve took to call around, the fact Callum came out, despite having finished his shift and the care they took with my mum. This is customer service at it's best. Thank you from me and my mum. She will be recommending you to all of her friends in the area!!
