Vas and his team at Electrum Electrical showed themselves true professionals when they installed our split Air Conditioning system. They are extremely responsive and communicative - you always know what is going to happen and when. They are very hard working and diligent - fitting us in despite an extremely busy work schedule during the heatwave. And they stepped up above so many other companies we have worked with (and we have worked with A LOT as we've renovated our home) when an issue no one could have predicted emerged, resolving the issue very quickly with no fuss whatsoever and communicating with us clearly and regularly throughout. It was obvious at all times that our customer satisfsction was the top priority. I fully expect to give return business to Electrum for the service of our Air Conditioning, and any other electrical work we need.

Excellent service from this family-run team! We had a Daikin Stylish air conditioning unit installed just before the second heatwave, and the whole experience was seamless.<br><br>Vas explained the options clearly, provided several quotes with no pressure, and the unit arrived within days. He and his two sons were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Choosing Air conditioning for the home is not so easy especially if you have no knowledge or experience on the matter. So why did I choose Electrum ? Well it was mainly their Youtube channel that interested me. They have many videos on the subject of AC and for the novice like me the information was gold everything from costs, which manufacturer, positioning of indoor units and outdoor.<br><br>After calling them, Vasil requested if I could send over some plans with measurements of the house for a rough estimate. I then instructed Vasil to visit my property for an official price. I didn't choose Electrum because they were the cheapest but they were very reasonable for the package I chose.<br><br>They installed a large Mitsubushi Industries Heavy Duty multi split serving five rooms, two separate units serving my sons room and the other for the gym in my garden. All completed to a very high standard.<br><br>What impressed me was that all electrical work was carried out by the same team, as they are NICEIC-registered electricians as well as Air conditioning installers. This gave me great confidence that all work was installed safely and professionally. In particular I was impressed with how the team took on board my concerns with the condensing pipes near the Multi split unit, the run of the pipe was expertly installed making sure water would run away from the house.<br><br>The boys were polite, friendly and hard working and a joy to have in my home. My home was not disrupted during the installation they wore protective boot covers to minimise mess in my home and hoovered up after the days work and made sure all rubbish removed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Electrum Electrical for any electrical work or Air Conditioning installation. A superb job from the start to the finish, if your unsure of who to call or want some information, their Youtube channel is a great place to start.
