Very experienced family business. Elite gas also.
One of the light fittings doesn’t work that the contractor installed, he also drew on my newly decorated wall and when I messaged to ask if he used pen or pencil he blocked my number. I’ve asked him to come and repair the light that isn’t working that I paid him to install and he’s not responded. Would not recommend, no respect for your home, very unprofessional I wouldn’t dream of treating my customers in this way and I will be reporting you to Trading Standards and NICEIC. My complaint is nothing to do with not fitting the bathroom light if you read my complaint it’s because you’ve drawn on my walls in pen when they’ve been newly decorated and then blocked me on WhatsApp when I’ve asked whether you used pen or pencil which is so unprofessional, and because the bedroom light you fitted doesn’t work!!!!! Try reading my complaint properly this is no way to treat a paying customer absolutely shocking
