Great engineering company with very friendly and helpful staff.
Stay away. We had an inverter go down on us, contacted these people, who said they can fix, charged £4000 for a 'refurb' and we paid an additional £700 for a 12 month warranty. After install It lasted 20 minutes it blew up and set on fire. After investigation, they had replaced £100 worth of parts in this full 'refurb'. They would not honour the warranty, by saying it was a spike in voltage(proven telematry say otherwise). Our 3rd party engineers have inspected the unit and say the parts were fitted incorrectly and caused a major failure, they tried to baffle us with BS, to get out of paying for the error. Fletcher moorland would happily charge us £24000 for a new 1!! We had it done for £16500 for the same equipment. Complete rip off cow boy scammers.
