My brother hired this builder for what was agreed to be a 12‑week renovation with a clear payment schedule and approved building plans. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely distressing and financially damaging. Despite taking the full payment, the builder completed only a small amount of work, much of it poorly done and not in line with the agreed plans. Several essential steps were not submitted to or approved by building control, leaving the property non‑compliant and uninhabitable. As a result, my brother has been left without a home, living out of a bag, and dealing with the emotional and financial fallout of a project that was never properly completed. The stress has been so severe that he has required medical support. This situation has caused significant hardship for him and our family. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this builder proceed with extreme caution, ensure everything is documented, and verify all work independently.

Had Fullfix come out 6 years ago to do our kitchen and we won’t be going anywhere else for any of the work that needs doing in our home now. Recently had the bathroom done and we're so pleased with the final result. Reliable, trustworthy, professional, they work fast and to a fantastic standard!
