Steve has just finished a full rewire at our property. He took the time to explain everything and make sure we were on the same page. First time using Great North Electricals and they provided a professional and excellent service. From coming out to quote for the job to completion Steve was open and honest, offered advice and provided a great service. Cleared up afterwards and disruption kept to a minimum. Absolutely delighted with our lights!! I would highly recommend him and he will definitely be my first call for anything I need in the future.

I found Great North Electricals doing a local internet search one evening and enquired about a number of jobs including light fittings, additional lights and PowerPoints. I heard back first thing the next day from Steve who came around later to look at the job. Steve was friendly and upfront and advised on the best approach for each job. I received a clear quote the next morning. The job was completed the following week. Steve was prompt and friendly and communicated everything clearly. All the jobs were done as required in a professional manner. Very satisfied and definitely would not hesitate to book again.
